  The pump liquid piston mechanism includes a cover connected to the cosmetic bottle, a valve seat on the cover, and a pump piston matching the valve seat. There is an installation cylinder in the middle of the cover, and the valve seat is located in the installation cylinder. There is a liquid channel inside, and a liquid hole connected to the liquid channel is opened on the installation cylinder, the pump piston is airtightly matched with the inner wall of the installation cylinder, and the valve seat is connected to the control mechanism. A bottom valve plate is arranged at the liquid hole. A sealing gasket is provided between the cover and the bottle, and a groove matching the installation cylinder is provided on the piston of the cosmetic bottle. The control mechanism includes a connecting rod connected to the valve seat, a gland connected to the connecting rod, a return spring, and a limit cover, wherein the gland is provided with a liquid outlet, the liquid outlet is connected to the liquid channel, and the return spring is connected to the connecting rod. Socket connection, one end of the return spring is connected with the cover body, the other end is connected with the gland, the limit cover is connected with the cover body, the limit hole is set on the limit cover, the gland is set in the limit hole, and the cosmetic bottle is pressed A snap ring matching the limit hole is provided on the top.

  The connecting rod is a hollow structure, the valve seat is arranged inside the connecting rod, and the valve seat is fixedly connected with the connecting rod. A plug body is arranged at the liquid outlet. It also includes a protective cover, the pressure cover, and the limit cover are located inside the protective cover, the protective cover is provided with a card slot, and the limit cover is provided with a card position matching the card slot. The bottle body includes an outer bottle and an inner bottle arranged inside the outer bottle, and the outer bottle and the inner bottle of the cosmetic bottle are provided with corresponding ventilation holes. The beneficial effect of the cosmetic bottle is: by being provided with a bottle piston in the bottle body, the upper side of the bottle piston forms a liquid cavity, the lower side of the bottle piston forms an air cavity, and the bottom of the bottle body offers vent hole, and vent hole and gas The cavities are connected, so the lower surface of the bottle piston is always subjected to atmospheric pressure. When the cosmetics in the liquid cavity are squeezed out of the liquid cavity, a vacuum environment will appear. At this time, under the action of atmospheric pressure, the bottle piston will move upward. That is achieved, along with the use of cosmetics in the liquid cavity.

  The bottle piston moves upwards gradually, and at the same time, there is a groove matching the installation cylinder on the cosmetic airless bottle piston, which ensures that the cosmetics in the entire liquid chamber can be completely discharged so that the new model has the advantage of simple structure and strong practicability. In addition, a sealing gasket is provided between the cover body and the bottle body to further ensure that the liquid cavity is an airtight space, that is, to further improve the sealing performance and practicality of the new type.
